Fermentando is an event that took place in the famous restaurant Andreina, Loreto, in the Marche region. This gastronomic event combined Errico Recanati’s embers, the famous Michelin-starred chef of the Marche Region, the Zero733’s piadina from Civitanova and the gourmet combination of beer and pizza from the Osteria di Birra del Borgo in Rome

Canfaito comes from Latin and means "field of beech trees", words that alone could not describe the beauty of this fairytale place. This beechwood of big and secular trees has transported us in an enchanting natural scenery and made us understand the majesty of autumn in the Marche region, in Italy. Here you will find the largest beech tree in the region, one of the 300 monumental trees in Italy.
